Carefully Handling of all Post Tension Material with minor wasteges of viz. Ducts, Anchor Cone, Coils, Wedge Plate, Spacer and wedges etc. Complete from store to particular site.
Having Close Coordination with workers, seniors, Consultant and Client without any complaint with very much sophisticated manner.
Responsible for drawing up detailed project plan covering overall project theme, requirements of manpower, machines, material resources and activity schedules within stipulated time of completion
Analyzing the proposing site location as well as the job completion. Strategically planned and assessed the basic requirements while setting up the technical infrastructure of the project and reviewed all the project proposals
Strategically executing the plans and procedures while ensuring the project quality control on material and other processing's & optimum utilization of manpower
Overall understanding of Contract agreement and accordingly manage quality and quantity of work, and ensuring accurate rendition of drawn work in practical
Entrusted with the task of managing resources (Manpower, materials & machinery) judiciously while administering the site, labor, taking measurements, reconciling material etc. For construction
Managing and leading a team of Estimators, Junior Engineers, Site Personnel, Surveyors and Draftsmen to commission the projects as scheduled
Follow the project from start to finish and make any necessary changes along the way, ensuring that the procedure is being followed while checking the safety features of the project during the time it is being completed.
Coordinating with Independent test laboratory.
Maintaining and monitoring construction progress.
Managing resources & allocating duties to Foreman and Lead-man for daily activities.
Conduct each activity Inspection with the Civil Inspector, consultant or client.
Preparing Request for Inspections submittals for each activity approval of consultant or Client.
Handle both site & office work.
Proper management of materials and workmanship.
Coordination with sub-contractors for the smooth flow of work.
