Operations and Customer co ordination
Duties & responsibilities include:
• Maintaining business relations with the existing customers that is Business units & adding new customers to the Clientele of the company.
• Interacting with the Purchase & Importing department of companies for their regular business needs.
• Achieving monthly targets by the above procedures.
• Follow up with customers for bookings, payments and/or any issues related to operations & provide solutions for the same.
• Maintaining business relations with the existing customers currently Super markets such as Sultan Center, City Center & private organizations & adding new customers to the Clientele of the company
• Achieving monthly targets by the above procedures.
• Introduce new items as & how available to the existing customers to add to the existing range of items that we are dealing in.
• Interacting with store staff to analyse movement of items in the Stores & the trend in the market & looking into the operations of order processing etc.
• Follow up with customers for payments and/or any issues related to operations & provide solutions for the same.
• Review order and identify any apparent excessive order quantities and contact DFAC to confirm quantity. Confirm availability by checking each line item and identify substitutes for NIS items. Revise and amend order as requested prior to 'day 3' (Iraq) or Shipment Date (Kuwait). Post 'final Order' to WMS through the Portal to PV Logistics.
• Receive Delivery Sheet, Truck Manifest, Convoy Tracker, Vet Extensions and Pick Exception List for each order from Logistics Dept, check each item loaded against 'final Order', identify any variances and clarify reason with Logistics/Warehouse. Receive notice of short deliveries or returns; contact DFAC to confirm replacement action and process replacements with following order.
• Undertake other related activities as requested.
• Handling HR related issues such as renewal of residency, transfer of visas, payroll issues & handling salary certificates for internal customers.
• Handling grievances such as Personnel issues & ensuring internal customer satisfaction using the in house system to capture reporting & following up issues that they have.
• Handling UK based customer grievances with regards to their 3 cellular phone services.
• Processing requests for value added services & troubleshooting for the problems that they are facing with their mobiles.
• Serving the customers by coordinating with different departments for the complains or issues that customers had.
• Providing necessary solutions & also offering discounts to the customer based on the situation.
• Maintaining records of US based consumers and corresponding with their requests for changes if any in the records.
• Handling consumer queries and complains which is a part of maintaining accurate information.
• Maintaining quality of calls and Average Handling Time of the calls as per company rules and policies.
• Promoting sales of Credit Cards and certain other new offers of an American Bank to its Clients in various parts of the America.
• Handling customer queries and complains which needed to be overcome to ensure sales of the Credit Cards.
• Promoting sales related to semi fashion garments, undergarments, towels and certain other new offers.
• Acting as a liaison between main office and external customers.
• Handling customer complaints regarding products.
• Ensuring follow up service on a regular basis.
• Ensuring administration work is completed and submitted to main office.
• Ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.
• Handling sales related to sports apparel, sporting goods and Sporting shoes on retail floor. Also electronics household appliances for brands Panasonic, Aiwa, Toshiba, Sharp etc on the retail floor.

• Ensuring daily budgeted sales figures are met.
