• Set up the B2B SOP for MIDEA group in MEA Region.

Currently handling the Built-in appliances segment for the brand ARISTON Home Appliances ITALY, MIDEA Appliances and MASTER KITCHEN ITALY for Project & Kitchen Dealer business.
• Push the sales of the SAMSUNG & TCL Television (TV) to the Hotel & Hospitality industry for the bulk order in project business to gain market share for (SAMSUNG & TCL TV) Television business.
• Listing of EROS Group with leading Real Estate Developers, Consultant & Contractors and Architects
• As a Project Manager my responsibility is overall direction, Coordination, Implementation, Execution, control & Completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments, and goals.
• Pro-actively placing an order with the principal to ensure the availability of the stock to avoid sales loss.
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques and build the relationship with the clients and proactively communicate throughout the project.

• As a Project Sales Executive, my key responsibility was to increase the project sales business for BOSCH Home & Kitchen Appliances.
• Achieve the project sales target allocated for the given year. Cold call and gather market and customer information.
• Develop a relationship within the local market with architects, developers, consultants, contractors and clients, and the internal project management team to attain project specifications on behalf of the principles.
• Manage the entire project sales lifecycle i.e. initiation, planning, execution, and closure.

In charge of Abu Dhabi & Al Ain market channel distribution of Industrial Laundry Machine (Electrolux washer-extractor & Tumble dryer, Sweden) & Equipment, and other laundry consumables and chemicals to the target customer & trader market.
• Doing the segmentation of the market as per the customer and accordingly presenting them with our product range and processing of samples as per customer requirements.
• The customer base for Heavy-duty laundry machines & equipment includes all Premium hotels that have in house laundry, Labour Camps, Professional laundry, laundry in Abu Dhabi & Al Alain region.
• Directing the purchase department in placing an order to supplier as per the market information and demand.
• Regularly meeting up with MEP & civil Contractor for project sales and bulk requirements.
• Negotiating and finalising key account deals and ensure that the customer account profitability is achieved at all times.
• Follow up on all sales/quotes and collection procedures as & when necessary.
• Meeting the entire customer in person and explaining them all technical specification of machine and also suggesting them the type of machine suitable for their business.
• Finding a Trader for our laundry consumables & chemicals, to set up the distribution base for the product.
• Identifying competitor activities, conducting frequent competitor analysis and working out on price/costing keeping in mind competition and market and presenting it to the management.
• Directing the warehouse to ensure on-time delivery to the customer.
• Effectively managed and prepared daily sales report progress.
• Channeled sales including mini distributors and retailers to be able to know then identify the sales flow of the company.
• Responsible to handle all queries of customers and give them accurate information regarding products or services that the company rendered.
• Informed staff also clients about companies different plans and progression.
• Conducted training for the new staff or recruits assigned to the sales department and give them broad knowledge about the company’s work process.
