Responsible for the Training of the cabin crew in all aspects of Safety and Customer Service. Leading a team with an aim to ensure all aspects of on line cabin crew (1000+) fulfilling the statutory requirements and at the same time meeting the aviation industry standards.
☑ Assist in the recruitment of all Airline cabin crew and to ensure that the cabin crew meet the company profile on recruitment.
☑ Ensuring high morale of cabin crew and thereby reducing possible attrition in the long run
☑ Point of contact for various departments for training issues
☑ Instrumental in identifying, planning, developing and implementing the In-flight Training programs for the online crew and the senior cabin crew
☑ Documenting and maintenance of In-flight manuals in accordance with the DGCA rules and regulations and incorporating the company standards and policies in them at the same time

☑ To ensure that correct records are kept by the Cabin Crew department on cabin crew performance and that these records comply with airline rules and regulatory requirement.

☑ Advise flight safety on all cabin safety-related issues
☑ To ensure that cabin crew and cabin management comply with all necessary company policies and DGCA Regulations.
