• Capability Building - Delivering training on TPM, 5S, Kaizen, RCA, Lean Manufacturing, Balanced Score Card, BPM (Business Process Management), Power BI, Data analytics, Lean Six Sigma, IMS - ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001
• Working with divisional SBUS to identify FIP - Focused improvement projects to improve profitability, reduce cycle time, digitalization, Industry 4.0 tools Implementation, TAT reduction, automation, process flow improvement, logistics cost improvement, Energy Conservation etc.
