Nature of Work Working in PED Department as a Tekla API Developer for Developing and Programming of various type of PEB Structures, Hot Rolled Steel Structures and Built-up Structures. Modeling and Detailing of all types of Steel Structures. Coordination and Support for Tekla Modeler and Detailer.
Job Responsibilities
Modeling and Detailing of Heavy Hot Rolled/ Builtup Steel Structures.
Coordination and Supporting for Tekla Modeler and Detailer in Model Work and Drawing Generation.
Developeing Tekla Plugins for Specialized Structures and Components Like Truss, Mezzaine, PEB MainFrames, Steel Platform, ladder, Stairs etc.
Programming and Developing of Macro, Connection, Details, Drawing Templates and Customized Report based on requirements using C#.
Modeling and maintaining Standard Part and Components.
Developeing new tools for Intergrating Tekla with Fabrication Activities and Planning by .Net programming.
Finding Area of Tekla Model Difficulties and making Automate that area using API Programming.
Developeing tool for Automatic Drawing generation and Checking.
Nature of Work : Modeling and Checking of all types of Heavy Steel structures, Development and Coordination of Tekla Tools and Custom Compenents for Detailing and Checking of heavy steel Structures.
Job Responsibilities
- Modeling and detailing of all types of Steel Structural, Platforms, Backstay, Air and Gas duct, Coal Silo, Furnace, Wind box, Eco. Hopper, Platforms, Handrails, Staircase, Pipe rack, Ladder, Staircase, Handrail, Grating etc. using Tekla.
- Coordinate with other discipline (Piping/Mech/Electrical/Cont. System...) during the wire frame modeling and Model Checking
- Modeling and Checking of Steel Structure GA with Tekla Model using PDMS.
- Checking of anchor Bolt foundation plan for main steel structure, equipment’s and boiler accessories .
- Checking and Coordination of Ducting arrangement and Wind box as per G.A.
- Model checking as per STAAD analysis file (member size and location) and Checking of Steel erection feasibilities.
- Checking of Fabrication Drawing for Support steel Structures.
- Preparing of the load calculation for steel structures, Pipe rack, Ducting, and floor plan.
- Interference checking of Structures with other equipment’s & piping.
- As built and site modifications Updation of PDMS model for maintaining quality documents
- Involved in Tekla Administration, Troubleshooting & Training and Customization of Templates and Reports in Tekla.
- Developing and Programming New Connections, details, Macro Components, Plugin components and Parametric Components and Material Report through Tekla C# (API).
- Developing new Parametric Components in Solid Work API.
- Finalizing and re-arranging of Column location, floors, Duct routing, Duct support and location, instrument location, Expansion Joint, Manhole door, Damper, pipe routing, Steel brace location, stairs, handrail and ladder etc.,
- Testing & developing new software to Automated detailing of Steel structure, roof, canopy and boiler accessories with Tekla API, PDMS Macro, VB. Net, Solid work API, AutoCAD VBA.
Nature of Work : Detailing of the various type Steel Structures Jobs like Main Frame column and beams, Angle and Built-Up Bracings, Gusset Member, Strut Member, Various Equipment Supporting Steel Frame, Staircases, Ladders, Platforms (Walkway), Cable tray supports for various system and modules, Secondary Parts, Sheeting, Ventilators Support, Louvers Support, Roof Monitors Canopy, Fascia, Roof Extensions and others. Writing and Executing Programs code, Applications, Tools for Detailing, Checking and various company activities.
Job Responsibilities

Nature of Work : Designing and detailing of all types of Heat Recovery Steam Generator, Boiler, Turbines and Oil, Gas Burner and its Steel structures, Duct, Casing, Insulation, Piping & pressure parts.
Job Responsibilities
1. Preparing Basic Drawing, Calculations, General arrangements layouts, Erection drawings based on design Sheet.
2. Preparation & checking of plot plan / equipment layout / piping layout.
3. Detailing the steel structures of the Boilers and HRSG as per the Basic Drawing and Standards.
4. Detailing Of Hot Air and Cold Air Duct and its Supports, Expansion Joint, Steel Floor and its Grating, ladder, Stairs, Exhaust Air Chimney, Cooling Tower, different bracing support Cone, Chute, Flanges etc.
5. Preparing 3D Model and details of HRSG, Steel Structures by Use of AutoCAD Inventor.
6. Preparing bills of material, Material Take off (MTO), Consolidation of Material through Our Company’s Developed Material Management Program tool.
7. Preparing all types of layout and details interacting with customer requirement.
Nature of Work : Detailing the steel structures for various type of Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) like, High raises and low raised standard building, Skewed Building, Hipped Building, Curved buildings with clear span, multi-span & multi Gable. Detailing of the various type PEB Jobs like Mainframes, Mezzanine, Bracings, Strut Member Staircases, Ladders, Platforms (Walkway), Secondary, Sheeting, ventilators, Louvers, Windows, Doors, Roof Monitors Canopy, Fascia, Roof Extensions and others.
Job Responsibilities
1. Preparing approval, Fabrication & erection drawings based on design details supplied by Design Dept.
2. Preparing a bill of material for the same through using our company Oracle tool.
3. Preparing Jobs layout interacting with customer requirement.
4. Detailing the steel structures of the PEB building as per the design details.
5. Preparing Primary drawings for detailing with our company application ( AGOSED)
6. Export and import drawing and its data to our FTP Server system.
Nature of Work : Drafting and Detailing the Boiler Silencer, Acoustic enclosure, Heat and Cold Air Duct, Hopper, Chimney, Diffuser, Steel Structure like Column Bracing, Strut Brace, Angle Brace, Gusset Connection, Connection Beam & channel, Monorail, Main Column assy etc.,
Job Responsibilities
1. Drafting and detailing erection drawing and Isometric drawing.
2. Preparing Group Manufacturing Sheet (GMS).
3. Preparing Part components drawing and structural steel detail drawing.
4. Co-ordination to Subcontractors, Engineering designs clarification.
5. Co-ordination to Customers like IFFCO, ALSTOM, ENMAS, L&T etc.,
Job Responsibilities
1. Raw material inspection, verification and preparation as per the Drawing Requirement.
2. Controlling all Stages during production, Inspection and Paint finish.
3. Overall Dimensional Inspection and NDT inspection of the finished components.
4. Preparing Dimensional Report with the relevant QCP, CQP etc.,
5. Offering and co-ordination to BHEL Customer Inspection like NTPC, TATA, IIQA, TPL etc.,
6. Welder Testing and approval of WPS, PQR etc.,
7. Controlling Surface preparation and painting.
