Developing and implementing a stage-by-stage Project Quality Management System (QMS) for ensuring adherence to technical specifications and quality manual & standards.
Conducting inspections, recording and reporting results and resolving problems.
Ensure Quality of product during Transport, Reception, Storage handling and processing.
Process Quality Check ( Reception, After cutting / Edge deletion After grinding /drilling / Washing, Prior to tempering,
After tempering, After heat-Sock Testing, On insulating glass unit line, Before and after coating, ) .
Reviewing of QC records and other documents presented by Supplier and Customer.
Review Material Technical Data Sheet.
Liaise with Clients and suppliers where affected by quality issue.
Maintain HSE and Quality documentation.
Inspecting material received and delivered and ensuring material as per quality standard.
Maintaining and ensuring quality adherence to quality standards, norms & practices; identifying gaps and taking corrective action.
Issue NCR for Non Confirmed product and activity.
Carryout Internal Audit - for ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 14001:2015.
Educating the team and promoting quality, environmental, and OH&S awareness .
Drafting monthly quality report.
Conduct proper lab testing on product and ensure
timely calibration of measuring instrument.
Develop and Manage IMS (Integrated Management System).
Ensuring quality and safety on the plant premises.

Worked in PU Footwear Manufacturing Unit.
Optimize Capacity utilization of plant.
Conducting daily production meeting and review the points.
Planning and prioritizing operations to ensure maximum.
Performance and minimum delay.
Schedule day to day production and outsourcing work including roll cutting, upper- insole and other component clicking , Printing and embossing, Stitching, finished goods packing
and storage.
Ensure overall customer satisfaction and quality service for all production related product .
Determining manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand.
Planning and organizing production and maintenance Schedules and arranging shift based on production requirement.
Monitors production and Raw material Costs.
Troubleshoots problems that occurring during production including staff shortage and machinery malfunction.
Liaises with sales division to determine customer requirement.
Monitor all the stock of both raw and finished goods production.
Planning and organize outsourcing work and co ordinate process waste management activity.
Incentive calculation.
Monitor and reduce overdue order.
Ensure and coordinate timely delivery of local and export orders.
Continues review of plant efficiency parameters.
Implement and follow 5S methodology.
