Maintenance Planning & Scheduling: Develops and implements preventve and correctve
maintenance schedules. Ensures maintenance tasks are completed on tme and meet
operatonal requirements.
Emergency Response & Troubleshootng: Responds promptly to emergency maintenance
requests. Diagnoses and troubleshoots minor and major maintenance issues. Implements

Actively participate in the monthly department meeting by providing feedback and offering suggestions for improvement.

⚫️Performance of all kitchen equipment & Laundry equipment to ensure all equipment are in good working condition and to save costs.
⚫️Ensure the optimum performance of all kitchen & laundry by effectively following the preventive maintenance and shift reading programs.
