Al Ahmad has over 14 years of post-graduate experience in the investment and financial brokerage industries, with proven experience in capital markets, business transformation and development, online financial brokerage, portfolio management, project management, corporate communications, and financial marketing.
Prior to joining Arab Investment Company, Al Ahmad served as Vice President at Coast Investment and Development Company where he established and directed the Financial Brokerage Group. At Coast, he was responsible for instigating and achieving institute-wide projects. He instituted a state-of-the-art online trading system capable of trading in over 40 global financial markets. He also served as Projects Manager - Financial Brokerage Division at Kuwait and Middle East Investment Company. At KMEFIC, he played a leading role in the company's business transformation project. Representing KMEFIC, he was instrumental in assisting Boursa Kuwait in the implementation of the post-trade model project.
He has a degree in Business Management and carries the designation of Chartered Financial Marketer and is a Fellow of Global Academy of Finance and Management and American Academy of Financial Management.
