•Making analysis for the main reasons of the Labor Turnover (Why employees quit their jobs)
•Coming up with action plans to decrease the Turnover percentage.
•Develop and implement strategies for collecting information from employees and managers (surveys and audits) to identify potential employee relations issues and organizational needs.
•Responding to employees relation needs (Complaints & investigations) of the company.
•Manage the design and development of tools to guide Operation team through making decisions that impact the employee/company relations such as how to handle grievances and standards of conduct.
•Responsible of conducting Ramadan Sports Tournament.
•Plan and organize special gatherings and provide training and counseling for managers and supervisors to develop their understanding of the way they manage employees and its impact on customer satisfaction and business growth.
•Investigate and supervise investigations of issues affecting Company/Employee relations or compliance with regulations by conducting employee's exit interviews, reviewing data and discussing issues with involved parties.
•Fully responsible for the company Monthly newsletter and annual magazine.
•Fully responsible for scheduling and conducting staff outings and sports activities.
•Cascade the company’s vision, mission and values to the Brand employees.
•Implement Americana R&R programs effectively & implement customer mania culture and monitor effective execution.
•Act like a customer mania and R&R role model.
•Conduct frequent round table meetings to ensure employees equity and fair treatment regardless of nationality, gender, religion and race.
•Conduct & Analyze master Voice of the Team (VOT) and Voice of the Management Team (VOMT) to determine opportunities and monitor action plans execution.
•Responsible for all Social media activities.
•Analyze exit interview report and propose direction.
- Conduct In house Class room courses for the employees of KFC.
- Responsible for all the Training needs in both theoretical & Technical Training for all employees in the company whom working in KFC chain.
- Makes Restaurant Review Program audit visits for all the stores.
- Makes Development plan for all the employees of KFC
- Makes performance appraisal for all the employees of KFC
- Makes Bench Planning & Progress reports meetings all the employees of KFC.
- Makes on going development Seminars for all the employees of KFC.
• Receives hiring requests from all departments.
• Performs searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using databases, Internet recruiting resources, walk ins, media, and employee referrals.
• Building up pool of resumes for all required positions.
• Screens potential candidates CVs, conducting on the phone interview with candidates & scheduling interviews with candidates accepted from the phone screening.
• Conducts first interview with candidates who passed the pre-employment test.
• Coordinates with Operations & candidates accepted from first interview for scheduling second interview.
• Filling, phone calls, sending and receiving official emails.
• Advice the candidates how to improve their skills and solve their point of weakness.
• Help the candidate to find a job that matches their qualification.
• Clarify to the candidate how the recruitment process goes
• Enters data of accepted candidates on the Recruitment application on Hits system.
• Makes sure that the employee signs the offers form and submits official documents.
• Follow up with the deployment department for preparing all hiring papers and required documents till the candidates Travel to start work.
• Updates the Recruitment metrics on monthly basis to measure the On Time and Recruitment Quality.
