- Role objective is to execute the additions, deletions, upgrades, downgrades and arranging web access creation for customers and training to enhance member’s satisfaction and meet BUPA’s customer service targets as well as quality assurance tasks for membership related activities.
Data entry role included, processing staff documents by reviewing data for deficiencies; resolving differences by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the team leader for resolution.
Maintain data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures, Contributes to Department team effort by accomplishing related results as neede
1. Preparing the salaries for all Maintenance Dept.
2. Preparing Final Settlement and Vacation.
3. Coordination with other operational departments.
4. Responsible for monitoring courier expenses.
5. Managing the time keepers.
