Job Description: Issue and review the tender and contract document, material submittal, SD
drawings, Monitor the site progress as per completion base line program and budget cost, prepare
Variation Orders (+Ve & -Ve), issue and reply official letters to main contractor, attend coordination
meetings with consultant & client representative and site visit, reporting to General Manager for the
following projects:
* Mashariq Food Factory: 3-chillers (750 tons), 3-CHWP (600 GPM), 18 AHU’s, 48 FCU’s, 2-
Steam Boiler (6 tons), 2-compressed air units (12 m3/min), UL/FM Fire Pump set (1, 000 GPM),
Duplex Booster Pump Set (10.4 l/s), Prime Power Generator 5.1 M)-Makkah Non-Muslim Road
* Al Sitten Project: Basement Ground Floor, Mezzanine, 11Typical Floors, Penthouse-Jeddah,
(KSA)
* Azaam Bin Taleb: Basement, Ground Floor, Mezzanine, Service Floor, 9Typical Floors,
Penthouse-1 & 2-Jeddah, (KSA)
* Marriott Hotel: Basement-2, Basement-1, Ground Floor, Mezzanine, First Floor, 9Typical
Floors, Penthouse-Jeddah, (KSA)

Review the Design Drawings, material submittals, coordination with Main
Contractor and comply with the project plan and priority list, release material requests, Prepare
manpower histogram, control site store, comply with project safety plan, review the subcontractor
running payment, attend to the coordination meeting, Technical Meeting on weekly basis, provide the
updated percentage of progress at site, support the mechanical engineers on site and subcontractors,
reporting to the project manager and operations manager or the following Projects:
* Lamar Towers: Basement2, Basement-1, Podium (8-floors), SPA, 72 Typical Floors (Tower-1),
61Typical Floors (Tower-2)-Jeddah, (KSA)
* Ministry of Finance Government Complex Project (Rush Project)-Makkah, (KSA)
* Al Dara Hospital: Basement, Ground Floor, three Medical Floors-Riyadh, (KSA)

Review the Shop drawings & Coordination Drawings for HVAC, plumbing &
firefighting & Coordination Drawings with other trades (Electrical, Structural, Architectural), take off
quantities, monitor and inspect the works done at site, supervise the ongoing activities with site
engineers, control manpower at site as per Project Completion Plan and approved Histogram, prepare
the monthly progress report, coordination with main contractor for technical issues and official
correspondences, reporting accordingly to the project manager for the following Project:
* Ministry of Interior (MOI Correctional Facilities): Grid Buildings- Dhaban, (KSA)

Take off quantity prepare material submittals, prepare the shop drawings and
coordination drawings, builders work drawings, calculate the external static pressure, sizing for the duct
and pipes, heat load calculation, pressure drop for pumps, Drainage and water supply installation,
firefighting installation for wet & dry network follow up the tasks given by MEP Project Engineer for the
following projects:
