• Driving Reward strategic Initiatives in SABB in line with SABB/Group Compensation philosophy and contributing to the strategic business direction of the Bank.
• Ensuring that the remuneration structures and packages are within the approved budget guidelines.
• Ensuring that the reward programs achieve their objective of attracting, motivating and retaining employees. Also ensuring strong focus & retention of key performers within the organization.
• Ensuring that the reward programs are efficiently administered on a cost-effective basis.
• Ensuring that team members are competent and performing to the required level.
• Ensuring that employees in SABB perceive jobs to be effectively & fairly evaluated across the Bank in line with Job requirements and responsibilities.

• Contributing to the formulation of overall HR strategy, policy, procedures and action plans to support the achievement of the Bank's strategy and business goals.
