• Played integral role steering financial and operational efficiencies for this Entertainment, Sports, Games and F&B company.
• Developed new systems and policies and managed daily internal operations to achieve strategic objectives.
• Worked closely with Board of Directors (BOD) to maintain proper financial and organizational accountability.
• Directed all internal operations, budget planning and monthly financial reporting.
• Held management responsibility for 15 direct and indirect reports.
• Conducted in-depth break-even analysis and cost reduction.

ACHIEVEMENTS
• Implemented new point of sales (POS) management software and planted new accounting team for monthly reporting in a short spam of 2 months from the date of my joining the company.
• Prepared and presented budget and forecast to BOD within 2 months from joining.
• Closed books of accounts and audit for the year 2017 within 2 months from joining.
• Presented 4 different new business concept to BOD.

GGICO Gourmet Investment L.L.C was established in 2014. It is a diversification strategy further growing the GGICO Group’s investment into the food retail industry.

• Set up financial and internal controls for the company

• Analysis on costs, pricing, sales results and periodically review profitability
• Prepare monthly financial statements and books of accounts of the company as per IFRS and quarterly management reports with the help of the team.
• Compare/analyze income statement with previous period and budgets.
• Liaising with internal and external auditors
• Support management in decision making to achieve optimal business results.

• Successfully implemented new ERP (MS NAV for back office and Aloha and POS)
