• Work out and manage working capital requirement.
• Vouching and authorizing each transaction before posting into the ERP
• Extracting the financial Budget and the Cash flows (Annually / Monthly)
• Monitoring the Actual Cash flows on a weekly basis

• Variation Analysis on Budget Vs. Actuals of individual projects.
• Finalizing the Financials.
• Ensuring the Financials are IFRS complaint
• Supervision & Ensuring the timely return of Value Added Tax
• Liasoning with Bank/ Financial Institutions for various facilities viz. Performance Bonds /Bank
Guarantees/ Letter of Credit etc.

Key Duties:
•Assisting the top management in freezing the Detailed Project Reports, (DPR)
•Monitoring Project Cost and Performance Analysis
•Annual Financial Planner(AFP) based on the DPR’s,
•Freezing Monthly Budgets based on the AFP,
•Tracking of each payments (Fixed & Admin.) with Budgets/ Monthly Planner,
•Internal Auditing and Management Accounting.
•Direct Finance control with BOQVs. Indent Vs. PO Vs. Certified, balance to Certify, and payments made.
•Implementing MIS system
Reports scrutiny:
Income: Monitoring of DCR (Daily Collection Reports) Project wise/ Dwelling Unit wise and updating the same in daily cash flow statements
Marketing turnover Planned and Achieved is tracked on a daily basis with annual Planner
RA Bill Scrutiny: Each RA Bill will be subject to due diligence based on BOQ & Work certified
Quantity reconciliation with Actual issue from site and Co-efficient from QAD Department
Reports Generation:
Monthly variance Report, P& L Account- Monthly & Analysis, Report on Cash flow and analysis.
