4.Landlord Management
Compliance of sites access process
Maintains high level of landlord engagement to ensure 24*7 Access and facilitate upgrade/planned event/installation and other operational work at site
Rent Management i.e. ensure monthly rental paid timely to landlord, any rent negotiation for upgrade etc.
5.Site Quality & process compliance
Maintain excellent level of site quality (proper cable laying, correct temperature, correct settings, site in Auto, etc.
Identify Gap against specification and ensure timely corrections
Periodic audit to ensure that civil/tower electrical and other Infrastructure are in best state.
Ensure ZERO quality/operational process non compliance
Compliance checking of quality of technicians, vendors, spares including any ethical issues.
6.Customer Management
Provide supports for outage escalation by OPCOs
Site Access supports as and when applicable for tenants
Maintain healthy customer relationship
Supervise Site upgrades as per specification and provide support for RFS activities.
7.Team management
Identify training needs of technicians and plan for development
Resource allocation, site allocation, leave management, discipline management for technicians.
• Entrusted to troubleshoot and restore defects associated with Nokia Ultra, Flexi, MR BTS & Ericsson DUW 3101, DUG 2001, Baseband 5212, 5216, 6300 and TCU, as well as maintain 2G, 3G, 4G Sites of Kohima & wokha cluster.
• Execute corrective action post analyzing the actual RCA of outages to avoid recurrences, and take preventive maintenance of BSC (Nokia Flexi, Ericsson Evo 8200), BTS (Nokia Flexi, Nokia MR, Ericsson DUW 21/31/41 01, DUG 20 01, TCU 02 01, Baseband 5212/5216/6630), Transmission equipment (Ceragon, Huawei, Nokia PDH), Fiber node and MUX (ECI NPT1200, NPT1020,
NPT1050, BG20, BG30, XDM100).
• Deliver customer satisfaction by providing the best network uptime and low outage penalty; ensure optimum voice quality and data speed to all retail touch points.
• Diagnose and rectify faults pertaining to BTS, BSC and Transmission equipment within the stipulated time.
• Responsible for fault restoration of Nokia Flexi BSC, Ericsson Evo 8200 RNC/BSC, and complete TRX reshuffling/addition/2nd E1 extension as per requirement.
• Implement change note, routine tasks & other network related work within the stipulated time.
• Accountable for site verification prior RFI, provisioning E1 and completing AT for all new sites.
• Coordinate with the store for handling spare material; attend all service affecting alarm within 24 hrs and 100% alarm integration with NOC.
• Strictly adhere to HSW norms, use of PPEs and zero fatality in the cluster.
• Accountable for the routine preventive maintenance of power system, AC, DG, PIU/PMU, battery bank to attain infra availability of 99.95% in Vodafone sites.
• Retained uptime, and resources such as DG, PIU, LCU, SMPS, converter, UPS, battery, DC FCU & air conditioners, etc.
• Assigned for the monthly outages sign off, diesel & EB rate sign off, and EB hours sign off.
• Performed 100% site automation and alarm integration with NOC; executed preventive maintenance of BSC, BTS, Transmission equipment, Fiber node and MUX, as well as diagnosed and repaired faults related to the same.
• Coordinated with stores for spare material handling; supported the sales team for enhanced business and quality network.
• Held accountability for the maintenance of 102 2G, 70 3G, 55 4G sites of Kohima cluster, and completion of TRX reshuffling/addition/2nd E1 extension as required.

• Responsible for the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of Delta PPC, IPMS, and SMPS.
