Designing:
Currently working on designing of undergoing projects of Punjab- 34 MW at 66 kV voltages, Uttar Pradesh-10 MW at 33 kV Voltage, Karnataka-10 MW at 66 kV voltage and Rajasthan 100 MW at 132 kV Grid connecting voltage level Ground mount projects.
Worked on Designing activities for Rooftop Solar power plants with capacity of 2.5 MW for all Government Buildings in Gujarat & DLF roof Top Projects in India with Capacity of approx 2 MW in Metro Cities like Chennai, Bangalore, and Kolkata & Noida Mall of India.
Preparation of Packages containing BOQ, Scope of works, Single line diagram based upon the estimated loads for finalizing of Quantity, for both Roof Top and Ground Mounted Systems Power Projects.
Working out the Conceptual design, Power Distribution Scheme for EHV Switchyard.
Sizing of all Electrical Equipment including Power Transformers/ Distribution Transformers/ Switchgears/ Protection & Metering Equipments & Cables etc.
Cost Estimation of Electrical Systems.
Preparation of Technical Specification for
- High Voltage Switchyard equipment (132/66/33KV)
- HT Indoor switchgear (33/11 KV)
- Transformers
- Engineering for Energy management systems.
- Lighting System ( Internal & External)
- Earthing and Lightning Protection Systems.
- Cabling and installation of Electrical Systems.
Preparation of detailed drawings (Good for construction) for Substation Layout, Electrical Equipment Layout, Cable tray layout.
Working out Power Factor Improvement Scheme.
Electrical Safety System including Earthing & Lightning Protection System
Inspection of Electrical Equipment at Manufacturer’s works
Assisting in Approval of installation by Statutory Authorities.
Site Supervision/ Assistance in commissioning of plant
Execution:
Erection, Testing and commissioning activities of 132 KV Pooling Station of 35 MW Solar power plant and also handled the electrical work of 33 KV Substation of 5 MW solar power plants in Rajasthan.
Supervision of Control wiring for all Electrical equipment connections as per the Schedule from Control and Relay Panel to Respective equipments for remote operations in 132 KV Pooling station.
Testing of 25, 20, 6 and 19 no’s of 2MVA Transformers during Commissioning time.
Testing of Circuit Breakers, Isolators, CT & PT of protection as per testing Procedures and Interlocking between Circuit breaker to Isolator and Isolator to Earth switch.
Worked on Construction of 132/11, 33/11 KV Substations and their related works for Infra phase plans.
Construction of 132 KV Transmission line tower Foundation, Erection and Stringing as per the specifications.
Preparation of Inspection Reports for all Materials received from the vendors.
Understanding of Surveys & Constructions of Lines with the help of single line diagram.
Involved in Reconciliation of material From Store to site and vice -versa.
Assisting in Approval of installation by Statutory Authorities.
Execution of Internal and External Electrification works for multi-storied program providing all requirements of 11 KV Distribution Transformers.
Make Engineering calculations with field and office assignment.
Manage the Project Schedules, Budgets, Material Estimation & Material procuring using ERP.
Erection and commissioning obtain permits of operation.
Planning the job by considering available manpower and resources to get best results and higher productivity.
Estimating of Total Electrical Quantities required for Project.
Preparation of Running bills through ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning)
Issuing work orders through ERP.
