Key Result Areas:
Spearheading entire gamut of operations related to project, PHE, Firefighting and HVAC
Generating subcontractor bills, DPR for smooth execution of the project and ITP s for the material received at site
Conducting variation cost analysis if any due to changes in the drawings along with monthly cost analysis
Executing project as per scheduled and approved program.
Arranging materials required for site activities and ensuring mobilization of site including tools and equipment
required for site activities
Setting meeting with the consultants for approval of drawings & material submittal
Planning and executing installation and commissioning of:
o Monoblack, hydro pneumatic and end suction back pullout
o Sewerage Treatment Plant (STP)
o Solar panels and integration with hot water system
o RO & WTP plant
Managing operations related to rain water piping, drainage piping (Cast iron, PPC piping)and water supply
piping(CPVC, Multilayer piping, GI piping
Leading tasks related to bathroom fittings and handing over the same to the client
Ensuring timely installation of Class C GI piping in all car parking areas and typical floors
Directing installation & commissioning of:
o Sprinkler system
o Mist fire protection system
o Fire pump room
o Gas based fire suppression system
Performing assembly of zone control valve and fire hydrant assembly
Leading construction and commissioning of external storm water and drainage
Supervising harvesting and recharge well construction of external water
Controlling installation of:
o VRV system, CRV system, AHUs, FCUs, HRU, PAHU, ECS
o Ducting and refrigerant piping, Ventilation fans
o Chillers, cooling towers and Heat pump
Integrating HVAC system with BMS and chiller plant manager with BMS
Leveraging skills in performing commissioning of the entire system with air and water balancing
Tracking project progress and taking steps for mitigating any risks
Facilitating planned/ preventive/ predictive maintenance of critical and non-critical equipment
Administering site preparations, mobilizing contractors
Developing project baselines; monitoring & controlling projects with respect to cost, resource deployment, time
over-runs and quality compliance to ensure satisfactory execution of projects
Organizing / participating project review meetings for evaluating project progress & de-bottlenecking
Anchoring on-site construction activities to ensure completion of project within the time & cost parameters and
effective resource utilization to maximize output
