• Identify the Critical Forecast error for the articles as per the sales, future activities and service level of the item and be in regular touch with the inventory and sales supply team to make sure the items arrive on time.
• Communicate with the sales leader and Inventory team to be updated about all the changes in the range and availability of running, seasonal and limited edition articles
• Analyzing the daily sales and forecasting the volume and sale of the range of products to make decision about the stock ordering and also analyze the movement and performance of each article and get the feedback from the buyers for profitable selling. And also chart plan for clearing the stock of the discontinued articles.
• Review daily stock level on all products in the store.
• Coordinates with sales leader and procurement team for range selection and conduct home visits and competitor analysis visit.
