 Managing a store which include Home furnishing, Furniture, & kids department.
 Achieving revenue targets and target productivity of the store.
 Planning and managing sales event & special events, increasing sales.
 Monitoring sales performance against last year and budget on a daily & weekly basis.
 Inventory management in the store and follow up on customer’s home deliveries.
 Regularly audit store standards, inventory & resolving issues.
 Forecasting roster of team for the high standard customer service on floor.
 Hire, training, schedule & supervised staff of the store.
 Monitoring & handling customer complaints &taking action in line with the company policies.
 Ensuring the company policy & procedures are followed& adhered to accordingly.
 Developing successful long-term relationship with customers, resulting in repeat business.
 Monitoring & control expenses through effective store operation management.
