Nature of duties
-Processing monthly insurance claims ensuring timely submission with proper documentation.
-Preauthorization procedure is strictly implemented to ensure and avoid delays.
-Checking all the invoices charged correctly (company, scheme, and class).
-Adding new schemes to billing system according to TOB.
-Resubmission of claims.
-Giving training for receptionists on insurance companies on online approvals.
- Analyze the claim and decide whether it is covered by the policy.
- Make sure all enquiries and payments are dealt with quickly.
-Sending EDI excel format statements to the corporate/insurance companies.

- Inform clients if claims are accepted and how they will be allocated
- Organize payments to clients.
- Make sure all enquiries and payments are dealt with quickly.
- Keep clients' files updated.
