im a french teacher to double curriculum french and lebanese.
i am also the head department of french. i have to put strategies to plu action plans related to academic and psychologic spirits. im responsible of creation projects that motivate the teenagers and make them as theyre parents active actors in theyre education process. Therefor, im the link between all parties (students, teachers, parents and direction). Briefly, i have to make learning motivational and related to theyre professenial futurs
i am a french teacher and a coordinator at Collège de Mont La Salle.Mainly i have to implant projects that add values to children. im responsable of all the projects, i fix my plan, participate with other to coordinate and motivate all the parties. im responsable for internal and external communication, im the link with external partners.
Beside this, i have a diploma in life coaching. So i work with clients adults and teenagers to fix their goals, to provide them with tools, to evaluate their developpement.
i have a long experience with scouts, i was a member for 15 years which teaches me the spirit of work teams, the resilience and to be ressourful.
I have also an experience with GNO First i worked with tharwacommunity of which the goal is to promote democraty in midle east especially in syria. I was the office manager in lebanon so responsable of syrian employers and lebanese ones.
I also worked with ngo kafa which the goal is to protect families against violence. My role was to teach the women about their rights provide them with all ressources they need and complete all the folder until they are safe.
Last i helped syrian refugees: with woman to ensure that they will not be abused sexually, with children to motivate them to go to schools8
i worked with syrian refugees especially women and children to provide them with all the informations about theire rights to avoid abusive people.
i created a plan to erase illeteracy among adults.
i worked with the ngo kafa that have the goals to stop the family violence against women and children. My role was to elaborate plan that allows us to reach maximun of illiterate women, to teach them theire rights, to lead them to have a safe place, to teach them a job that allows them to live in dignity in case of abusive relation
1) i did an action plan in collaboration of the university to create a nee form of protocol of remediation to children in need. 2)i took cases studies to demotivated students and elaborated with them a strategy and tools to achieve theyre goals 3) i instaured a new methodology of learning based on projects choosen by students where they have to shoose theyre subjects and lecons
