Main Contractor: Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) power plant projects
that covers the conversion of an Open Cycle Gas Turbine (OCGT) power plant to a Combined
Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT) power plant and the installation of associated water treatment plants
including Multi-Stage Flash (MSF) desalination plants, in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

•Main activities and responsibilities Project Planning and Coordination:
• Mega project management of more than 30, 000 scheduled activities under primavera
P6, Level III schedule, tracking critical delays, taking corrective actions, implementing
appropriate recovery plan to meet project's milestones.

• Coordination with the procurement department (RFQ, PO, ) and expediting for timely
arrival of required priority materials/equipment at site.

• Coordination with the Engineering department and expediting for timely issuance of deliverables/drawings to the client.

• Monitoring weekly and monthly progress reports.

• Procedures for Civil Engineering Department Quality Management System, RFQ, List of Deliverables, Construction Management Work Packages & Method Statements.

• Civil Construction Method Statements for Fujairah Power Plant (GT, HRSG,
Concreting, Formwork, Reinforcement & Civil Inspection Tests)
