Main Projects Managed include:
-Promotion of Silesia flavors in the beverage, dairy, bakery, savory and confectionery segments.
-Application of DSM Dairy Cultures and Enzymes (rennet, lactse, bakery enzymes etc.)
-Fortification of food products with DSM-Fortitech vitamin, mineral and neutraceutical blends.
-Addition of Sensus Inulin Fibers for sugar and fat reduction and fiber enrichment claims.
-Vitamin/Mineral fortification of milk and flour in collaboration with World Food Program.
