• Own and develop Tarfins entire product offering in Romania by localizing existing system capabilities where possible

• Provide on-going support to merchants on Revo Application functionality
• Ensure operational daily work and reporting with local vendors (e.g. collection agency, call center, Credit Bureau, payment system providers)

• In this role, I secured delivery performance in alignment with the business case and managed service targets through end to end MS Processes engagement.
• I was responsible for securing the development and implementation of Processes framework across MS contracts, as per ITIL framework.
• I was also responsible to ensure quality and Compliance of the Processes being deployed and executed for the services delivered from our MS delivery units either global or local in accordance with the expected levels agreed in the Working Level Agreements (WLA).

• Regular reporting on budget status and provide support on Pricing, Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting by using SharePoint, SAP, CRY, Ariba, SNOW
• Support project managers in Project Creation and system input in SNOW

• Prepare all required calculation reports and system input rebates: sell in, sell through, sell out for the Huawei clients
• Update and settle all required provision amounts
• Analyze and manage the situation of the assigned rebates files within the established deadlines and contact the channel finance and account managers for information and documents needed.

• Process timely and accurate payment of invoices, check requests, and credit memos.
• Monitor and resolve accordingly any GRIR discrepancies, blocks for payments and blocked items
