Infrastructure Projects:
Lead large-scale IT infrastructure projects. Serve as the IT project manager for new office infrastructure in Dubai, Qatar and
KSA; manage requirements-gathering, rollout and operational activities. Train and coach new hires to facilitate continuous
improvement of project team performance. Provide L2 Hardware/software support for desktops, laptops and peripherals in
multiple locations to ensure service level agreements are met or exceeded.

• Dubai Head Office - Complete IT infrastructure like Structure cabling, Network Design, Servers, Network equipment’s, Access control, CCTV, AV system, CISCO VOIP with the project cost of 1.7 million Dirhams. From July 2015 to June 2016)

• Qatar New Office - Complete IT Infrastructure. (From Dec 2015 to April 2016)

• Dubai Branch Office - Complete IT Infrastructure. (June 2016 to November 2016)

• KSA, Riyadh - New office - Complete IT infrastructure (October 2016 to May 2017)

 Dell Tape Backup device - Removed old backup setup and installed Dell tape backup device with Symantec backup exec for Servers
 Sales Force Migration - CRM - Played as a vital role in Sales forces migration in a IT point of view, Handling data migration from various applications, sales force for outlook and sales force mobile application.
• Office Expansion - expanded our office to accommodate more people and handled all the IT requirements like Structure cabling, Printers, Access Points, Projectors, Landline desk phone, Access control for the door and meeting room telephones.
• Changing Nonstandard WIFI to CISCO WIFI with radius authentication.
• Landline Telephone system upgrade - As the current telephone system reaches its maximum extension slot, we have upgraded our telephone system, added the setup of IP Phone in existing system and it helps to resolve the issue for new extensions
