Utilizing PFMEA (Process failure mode and effect analysis) as a driving improvement tool for process and product quality standards. Organizing regular internal PPAP audits to ensure no deviations in the customer-approved process.
Significantly exploring opportunities for product quality improvement and cost optimization and developing resources for core competencies. Suggesting modifications in equipment, process flow, working practices, consumables, etc. for controlling & reducing conversion cost per unit produced.
Managing a team of workmen, guiding them to address and resolve performance bottlenecks, and imparting in-house training.
Conducting product audits to ensure that the product is developed to comply with all specifications & meets customer requirements and detecting defects/faults and taking corrective & preventive actions accordingly.
Implementing competitive methodologies like KAIZEN, FMEA, QC Tools, MSA, SPC, Process Capabilities, and Vendor development through PPAP rigor & Training.

Responsible for improvements like 5 S, Kaizen, and activities. Improving and maintaining 5S in various operations in the production line.
Inspection of incoming goods and preparing incoming stage inspection reports.
Inspection of the ordered goods at vendor sites and witnessing various tests like the hardness of the material, impact testing, dimensional and visual checking, matching the heat no. punched onto the goods with the TC etc.

To prepare inspection reports and records sheets.
Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet customer needs.
