and desired plan to continue the agency and earnings.
•Playing a key role in overseeing the staffing requirements, conducting interviews of
Applicants & regular monthly training programs, evaluating employees performance and
Suggesting improvements where required.
•Creating star performers on recruitments of agencies and on modal premiums.

•Recruiting off role sales executives and developing the sales team .
•Mentoring the sales people to set sales target to sale the products and services.
•Coordinating and problem handling of customers and dealers.
•Timely fulfilled the market requirements of corporate connection and other available products.(Postpaid connection, Tata Photon, Centrex, PRI, SMS gateway, VTS, etc.
