Human Resources:
Follow up on staff leaves, and making sure it is applied on the system.
Prepare correspondences and reports as necessary.
Organize all the preparation for meetings, both internal and external, and take minutes as necessary.
Organize events and team building activities for the staff.
Organize all travel arrangements, flight, hotel, and conference bookings for all staff, consultants & visitors.
Procurement:
Assist in conducting procurement (preparing quotations, short listing potential suppliers and offers) on behalf of QRF as per agreed policies.
Manage purchase orders; process purchase requisitions, follow up on ordered products and services.

Organize service contracts and agreements, including maintenance (contracts and delivery).

Coordinate events and promotions that support marketing and sales objectives.
Act as liaison in public relations programs and customer events.
Develop and maintain budgets for events and programs, including but not limited to negotiating with venues and hospitality vendors.
Organize logistics and volunteer staff for events.
Participate in execution of marketing strategies and objectives, including communications to internal and external customers.
Meet clients to discuss their advertising needs.
Work with account planners to devise a campaign that meets the client's brief and budget.
Brief the creative team who will produce the adverts.
Support in negotiating with clients, solving any problems and making sure deadlines are met.
Check and report on the campaign's progress.
Keep in contact with the client at all stages of the campaign.
