Perform corrective and preventative maintenance on gas chromatographs continuous
emissions monitoring systems process analytical equipment and sample conditioning
systems, process instrumentation and measurement equipment
Perform routine checks of sample handling system and follow gas cylinder replacement.
Install calibrate, inspect test monitor troubleshoot and repair instrumentation control
systems to include environmental and process analyzer systems
Carries out fault finding maintenance and modification on Ph. Conductivity, moisture,
total Sulphur, H2S, C02, S02, oxygen analyzers and gas chromatographs.
Maintenance, installation, troubleshooting, calibration and repair works on site or in
repair shop and minimize the downtime for all installed analyzers by the timely
implementation of planned maintenance procedures

Rosemount, Honeywell, bailey, hoofer massoneilan, fisher with smart positioners.
Familiar with P & Id, hook-up, and instrument loop diagrams.Familiar with
dissolved oxygen analyzers in troubleshooting, calibration, preventive and corrective
