Working as Lead Process Engineer supporting 1.1Million TPA Ethylene Plant Operations. Job involved Process Hazard Analysis, Revamp studies and day-to-day operation and optimisation.
Worked as Production Manager for 750, 000 MTPA Ethylene Plant right thru' project execution till commissioning. Later lead the group for Advanced Process Control and Optimisation Project. Successfully completed both above tasks. Later got promoted as Dy.General Manager in Process Engineering Department. As DGM looked after both Ethylene Plant and Aromatics Plant. Provided Technical Support for operations thru' Process Simulation and Process Engineering Calculations.
Joined the company in Project stage of building 400, 000 MTA of Ethylene Plant. Worked thru' project execution; pre-commissioning and then commissioning. Later worked as Production enginner and then promoted as Sr.Production Engineer
Involved in Unit Revamp and Furnace revamp in Crude Distillation Unit of the refinery. Job involved feasibility studies; Test Runs and Development of Basic Design Basis; Detailed Engineering job involved were : PFD Checking;P&ID Checking; vendor offer evaluation. After the project was implemented I was involved in Performance Runs and preparing Performance Reports.
Chemical Engineering Graduate. Passed with distinction securing 70% marks.
