Job Tasks:
Gathers and share all project information: schedules, data requests, assignments, tasks, and project meetings.
Working with Project Manager, assist in developing a comprehensive workflow process for project.
Working with Project Manager, assist in developing/updating Project Management Plan.
Schedule, record and follow up pre-tender meetings and coordinate in submitting documents (Design package, tenderers’ queries response, technical offer…etc.) between all parties (design Consultants, tenderers, project supporting team…etc.).
Carry out financial pre-construction evaluation reports for tenderers (bid analysis report, cost estimate/cash flow report…etc.).
