Identify risks, design, build, implement and test controls; • Train and coach the Plant Risk Managers, Risk Champions and Risk Action owners in different business units and support functions across 8 different plants (6 in KSA, 1 in Bulgaria and 1 in Oman) including 1 project Petro Rabigh in the KSA.
• Identify & assess risks of different business units, analyze risks for prioritized the business risks at bidding phase, construction phase with EPC, handover phase and operational phase (EPC Samsung C&T in Qurayyah, EPC Siemens in Shuaibah, EPC Doosan in Shuaibah Expansion)

• Facilitated the development of risk management plans, drafted the risk statements, established risk thresholds and risk control metrics by effective engagement with Plant Risk Managers, corporate leaders
• Conducted monthly reviews with the plants for risk reviews to ensure achievement of project objectives
• Prepared risk reports based on the analysis of the risks and report to the management and audit committee
• Audited the processes as a part of internal audit team, checked risk controls and provided for improving the effectiveness of internal controls; identified the root causes using tools and techniques
• Prepared and provided periodical risk compliance reports to the board risk management committee, management team, Business unit heads and Director-Risk Management
• Plan audits, lead the audit team and conduct internal audits, legal compliance, internal control and reporting system for all the projects
• Made noteworthy contribution to develop the ERM framework based on ISO 31000 & COSO ERM framework, designed risk management policy & procedure guidelines & training courses on risk management in line with risk appetite & aligned to the risk tolerance levels of the top management/ Board Members.
• Successfully led the ERM implementation across 6 different projects in KSA & 6 other international projects in Oman, Bulgaria, South Africa, Morocco, UAE, & Turkey.
• Effectively developed indigenous software solution and implemented it in NOMAC and its subsidiaries.
• Played key role to undertake audits across 8 projects & suggest potential steps for process improvement.

As Training Head, started the training function from scratch, developing training procedures, templates and formats as per the specified Key Performance Indicators-
•Identified, assessed, analyzed the training needs, designed and conducted training programs for the Managers, Engineers, and office staff of the construction field
