I'm a Libyan medical doctor my name is Ramadan Salam milad misrati from Libya, Benghazi. I was born in 12/4/1966, married with four kids. I graduated from the faculty of Medicine in 1998 (M.B.CH.B.) Garyounis university Benghazi, Libya. Majoring in medicine science for 7 years at undergraduate school, I worked very hard to have comprehensive understanding of the fundamentals of medicine studies.. The faculty regulations, teaching programmers, clinical rounds and patient care, research work all are done in English language. then I finished my internship in 2000, So, I have worked as general Practitioner in polyclinic, and out patients departments to treat, care, follow-up a lot of patients, after that when I took the entrance exam for the Mental public health department, very severe problem in the community, especially psychological, and Public health problems, were occurring in my country, at this time, I really wanted to help solve their problems, so I chose to work in mental public health field. I have been working as Mental public health especially at mental hospital, so I got long experience in this field, Later I got international master in Mental public health ' Social and Health Methodology for development' MPH in the academic year 2004/ 2005 from department of Public health at Sapienza university - Roma- Italy. When I was studying in Sapienza university of Roma, I got opportunity working as volunteer in community addictions people management, and Rehabilitation program by Italian centre of solidarity, indeed I devoted myself to help people to motive to treat personality disorders, and antisocial behaviour, I using to do that, and helping people by my guidelines in base of my knowledge of true islamic religious, and philosophy, psychology, and my own experience . I have been USA, TX, Houston in 2008, and study at language, and culture centre, and I stayed one year there, So, my little daughter was born in Houston, TX, in 12- 7-2009, also joined the scout activity since I was a child, so I learned self-control, cooperation, also I have traveled to several countries from this travel, I gained strong motivation to study, and work hard, because I feel this way may I get possibilities to a achieve my goal. Because of its cooperation with local and international governmental and non-governmental organizations during the war crisis in Libya and my attempts to work with colleagues in the profession and comrades in the management of complications caused by the war crisis of shortage of medicines and possibilities and to provide remedies for citizens residing within patients where used all my experience and my abilities that I have learned and gained while working as a doctor and also the training, which obtained in Italy-Rome, which was focused on the organization, planning, preparation and follow-up and the use of modern management methods to reach targets in a tactical process to take into account time and space factor and I also had the opportunity to deal with different types of companies, especially insurance company that provides workers for medical damages where she met well on the way and style of work and the differences between them and other companies that people believe to cover medical expenses, as well as professionally directed to a network of doctors and centers and hospitals by specialties to provide services to them all this experience modest has selected by local authorities to general manager of one hospital are optional the city of Benghazi in Libya since the end of 2012. Many the current time I am sure that I can get the best quality of education and opportunity to broaden my knowledge in your center . This is the best way to achieve my dream up to devote myself to more experience, and receive more professional experience. I am glad to have this opportunity, and hope my plan will be accomplished.
