I am head of the department; supervising a team of 12 people, reporting to MD. My responsibility includes; overall functioning of Finance & Accounts department, fund raising, cost segregation / assignment, cash flow management, authorization of payments, and coordination with other departments, audit, taxation, & any other work as assigned by the management. Partners management & Investors management is also my responsibility.

I was head of the department; supervising a team of 25 people, reporting to MD/CMD. My responsibility includes; overall functioning of Finance & Accounts department, fund raising, project accounting, cost segregation / assignment, cash flow management, authorization of payments, and coordination with other departments, audit, taxation, & any other work as assigned by the management. I was also involved in fund raising through banks, institutions, private investors, group investors, etc.

The company specializes in to real estate development. The group is an integrated property development company headquartered in Mumbai, India, with presence across 4 major asset classes. Major project completed by the company during my tenure were: Casablanca, Bandra(W), Sadguru Complex, Mira Road, Sadguru Sevashram, Malad (W), Sadguru HNC, Malad (W).
I was head of department; supervising a team of 10 people, reporting to Executive Director. My responsibility includes; overall functioning of Finance & Accounts department, fund raising, authorization of payments, co-ordination with other departments, taxation, audits, project feasibility, screening new projects, partners coordination, new structure, project accounting, segregation of common cost to projects, HO & other work as assigned by the management. IT, Administration was my other responsibilities.
Key Achievements:
Got several sanctions, got funding through private source, existing investor & banks. Also got CC limit from nationalized bank. Within 2 months given additional responsibility of HR, IT & Admin and coordination with partners. Later made overall in charge of Mumbai office. Successfully handled IT raid, survey & Service Tax Anti Evasion departmental enquiry.

Kuoni India currently employs over 3, 300 travel professionals and its annual turnover exceeds 2000. I oversee finance & accounts functions of SOTC, VFS and Head Office divisions. VFS has operations in 44 countries, whereas World Famous Tours is the premium travel brand of SOTC in India. I am involved in SAP implementation in VFS overseas. Managing day to day finance & accounts, overseeing monthly / quarterly financial statements, and budgets including working cash management. I am supervising a team of 24 people, reporting to Business Head. I am regularly interacting with various regional controllers, divisional financial chiefs & CFO. I also interact with various country managers for VFS business.
