As Customer Success:

1. Own overall relationship with assigned clients, which include managing on-boarding, implementation, training, requirement gathering, increasing adoption, ensuring retention, and high levels of customer satisfaction.

2. Maintain and develop customer success strategies and best practices, as well as customer support content, with the help of the Tech team.

3. Communicate effectively with both internal and external senior-level management to understand customer needs, maximize retention and growth, and communicate learning.

4. Act as a liaison between different business units and technology team to outline the specific data and reporting needs.

As Product Specialist:

1. Act as a bridge between the company’s SaaS platform and the tech team and provide improvised product related solutions.

2. Write Business Requirement Documents that helps Tech team make enhancements in the existing product.

3. Contributing subject matter expertise in the areas of design, storytelling, interaction design, visual design, user-research and user-behavior.

4. Team up with tech team to create and drive Product roadmap.

5. Brief knowledge of API integration and the use of Postman.
