Job responsibilities included but not limited:
• Receives allocated duties & studies client documentation &Scope of Work.
• Monitoring/ Execution fabrication activities at fabrication Workshop &Coordinate to requirement of site. Coordinating, Supervising, Implements, Evaluates.
• To plan, prioritize, allocate, supervise, execute & report on the workshop maintenance
activities, fabrication, and repair work.
• To review drawings and sketches for work orders, to ensure accuracy specifications, measurements and materials
• Bill of Material Preparation and cutting plan as per BS, ASTM & Euro standard.
• Jobs analyzing, drawing arrangement and Material procured.
• Work force arrangement and work allocation as per every jobs/Drawings
• Inter checking after completion of jobs and arrangement Documents to inspection./ Coordinate to inspection with Q/C and Q/A
• Ensuring timely completion of work and reported to my Fabrication Manager
• Arrangement of safety environment as a Work permit applicant at site’s workshop with HSE Standard
As an Engineer: at HCC
• Monitoring Fabrication activities and assembly at fabrication Plants & site. Coordinate with sub- contractors, specialized in fabrication scope
• Receives allocated duties & studies client documentation &Scope of Work
• Performing, Checking / reviewing and ensuring technical accuracy and quality of all discipline deliverables such as structural analyses, drawings, specifications to all phases of allotted project i.e. basic, detailed, construction and installation engineering.
• Inter checking after completion of jobs and arranged Documents to inspection. Coordinate to inspection with Q/C and Q/A /Foreign client’s Inspector.
• Ensuring adherence to company procedures, client specifications, guidelines, international codes and standards. Responsible for planning and delegation of work to discipline sub-ordinates.
• Bill of Material Preparation and cutting plan as per BS, ASTM & Euro standard
• Responsible for providing input for various sub-contracts such as scope of work and handling subcontractors.
• Shall be responsible for technical meetings with Clients, PMT.
• Ensuring timely completion of work and reported to my PM.
