Prepare & Submit Interim Valuations on Monthly Basis for the works executed at site and Coordinate with consultants for finalizing monthly certifications
•Preparation of Variation Orders for changes in the contract scope and get Certification from Consultant.
•Prepare submit and negotiate project final accounts
•Preparation of Cost Estimate & Rate analysis for Variation Orders.
•Prepare reconciliation for major materials.
•Inspecting, Monitoring and updating of Progressed and completed work.
•Preparation of monthly cost reports on all aspects of the works.
•Preparation of Weekly & Monthly Progress Report and Monthly Cash Flow.
•Detailed Quantity take-off & Material Take-off from Tender/Contract drawings based on pricing Preambles, CESMM3 and Preparation of Measurement Sheets of in accordance with the conditions of Contract.
•Certification of subcontractor monthly valuations and final accounts.
•Assist Contracts Engineer in the preparation of commercial progress Report and Internal reports.
•Assist Contracts Engineer in the preparation of claims.
•Obtaining quotations / bids from subcontractor, supplier / vendor in co-ordination with purchasing department.
•Any additional task assigned by superior / reporting head.
