Field and workshop technical service support of all kind of diesel engines for generator and industrial applications.
Handling and supervising of diesel engines for repair.
Providing technical support for overhauling, repowering, parts organizing for all kind of diesel engines for all industrial application.

Troubleshoot the hydraulic section of earth moving equipments, inspection and leads the repair of buckets and bushes replacements of all kind of equipment loaders, excavators and skid loaders.
Maintain the records of maintenance and repair of equipment,
Advise the necessary parts requirements, service and repairs.
Caterpillar trained engineer for attending the generator application from 200 KVA 3000 KVA .
Responsible for 150 customers of250 DG sets in Annual Maintenance Contract by assist with 2 engineers.
Overhauling, troubleshooting, repair of caterpillar engine models 3300, 3400, 3500 and c series for generator applications.
Parts quotation preparation and submission and correspondence customer meeting to get approval.
Maintain the customer records of service, parts and correspondence reports.
Conducting the training program to customers about operation, maintenance and necessary tasks of DG sets.
Preparation of report for the failure of warranty and non-warranty engines.
Repower the caterpillar engines to the various applications against customer requirements.
Team lead for erection of New DG sets during commissioning and major overhauling in sites
Cummins certified service engineer for attending Cummins from 15 KVA to 2000 KVA and obligations.
Take the responsibility of annual service contract of 50 D.G sets of various models with 24 hours service guarantee.
Preparation and submission of quotations and regular correspondence and co-ordinate with the client and get the approval for the submissions.
Overhauling the Cummins engine models (S, B, C, N, V, K and Q) all models and applications.
Erection and Commissioning of new D.G sets and Cummins engines which may in other applications compressors, dozers, motor graders, cranes and well rigs.
