Formulated an economic activity project, trained the members and implemented for cluster of 5 SHGs
Prepared and implemented a local area based scheme of financing against auction receipts to Cardamom cultivators by formulating an innovative scheme for the first time in the Bank.

In the process the CD ratio of the branch jumped to 258% from around 89% during my tenure.

2002 For 5 months at Tiruppur SSI Branch - in charge of credit
From Sept 2002, Worked as Faculty member in the in-house training college of the Bank till 2007
From july 2007 to Nov 2009 at Zonal office, Bhopal in charge of Credit covering 65 branches- processing of all types of credit proposals. the credit portfolio being INR12000 Mio

During my tenure in the present position, I was instrumental in guiding the branches to take up new business by giving confidence to them and also by providing proper instructions. This resulted in the Zone surpassing the budgeted advance figures for the first time in ten years. This also resulted in a substantial increase in the interest income. All these culminated in the Zone reaching 4th position at the corporate level from the then 36th position.

As Chief Manager at one of Mumbai Branches in charge of Advances and Foreign Exchange with a portfolio of about INR 400 Mio since Nov/December 2009

Retired as Assistant General Manager on 30.06.2016, last worked in recovery of stressed assets in a Large Corporate Banking Branch
