Initiated ‘Periodic Maintenance’ using Loyalty Program.
Successfully reached sales of Rs.2.8B and Gross profit of Rs. 700m during the year 2013-14.
Increase Customer Retention at dealerships from 21% to 25% in 2013-14 with the help of using all Marketing tools i.e. Above the Line (ATL) and Below the line (BTL) activities (360 degree Approach).
Increase sales of Toyota Genuine Motor Oil (TGMO) by 30% compare to Last Year by doing Sales Promotional and BTL Activities with the help of our dealers / distribution.
Sales Planning & Budgeting for the financial year and develop Sales Packages for After Sales Business.
