-Gather and analyze reporting and analysis requirements from business users, understand the business processes behind these requirements, and ensure the models provided meet their requirements
-Design, develop, document, reconcile, and maintain logical and physical models, reflecting the state and use of data across the organization
-Design tasks include Data Warehouse (DW) design, dimensional modeling, Extract/Transform/Load (ETL) processes design, and Business Intelligence (BI) reporting and Dashboard design
-Develop and maintain reports, ETL packages to integrate data into data warehouse from various source systems, and analysis (OLAP) cubes using Pentaho Business Analytics Suite
-Support the daily production and usage of current BI system
-Testing, debugging, diagnosing and correcting errors and bugs in the system to ensure it performs to specification
-Administration tasks include installation, integration, upgrades, migrations and on-going maintenance of the BI System
-Carry out routine audit and performance checks to ensure system relevancy and accuracy
-Identify data quality issues and enlighten owners of the source systems about them
-Develop primary parameterized reports and dashboards
-Ensure the data confidentiality and security on different levels (Report/Dashboard level, model level, and data level)
-Prepare critical ad-hoc reports for different departments
-Create system documentation, and conduct training sessions for users
- Support the sales team with technical inputs related to all offerings including training programs, consultancy services and software solutions
- Meet the customers to understand their requirements for training programs, consultancy services and software solutions
- Make presentations to the customers explaining LIFELONG’s offerings related to information systems
- Support the technical staff and SMEs in developing solutions that meet customers’ requirements
- Deliver training courses and workshops as required
- Prepare Information Systems related technical details for proposals
-Prepare Information Systems related documentation for the business and technical teams
- Oversee the implementation of information systems for customers, includes projects in C#, ASP.NET and SharePoint.
- Oversee post sales support of information systems deployed for customers
- Explore new sales as well as up-selling opportunities for information systems
- Contribute articles related to information systems for LIFELONG publications and newsletters
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers (e.g. Microsoft, Oracle etc.) to keep up to date knowledge of products, offerings and promotion events
- Supervise the implementation and support of information systems deployed at LIFELONG
