Ensure the effective implementation of Project HSE plan. Providing orientation to all new and transferring employees, contractors and visitors. Carry out Task Risk Assessment & Environmental Impact Assessment to determine hazards of the operation.
 Communicate employees about HSE management systems and their HSE responsibilities.  Communication of lessons learned from Near Misses, Incident/Accidents by preparation of HSE Alerts and circulation among different project sites.
 Communicate employees about the disciplinary actions for violating regulatory requirements and corporate HSE policies.
                 
Ensure that all sites HSE meetings are conducted and documented as required. Preparation of Monthly HSE Bulletins and distribution.
Ensure that equipment is tested, Inspected and maintained properly.
Participation in Certification & Surveillance audit International (Certification Body) for ISO 45001, ISO 14001. Ensure that all clients HSE requirements are identified updated maintained and adhered. Conducting regular site HSE Inspection and maintain necessary reports. Preparation of Emergency Response Plan (ERP) and conducting emergency drills. Assisting in Incident Investigation and near miss report.
Ensuring that all site employees is aware of Emergency Procedures.
Develop, conduct or arrange various in house HSE related training classes in areas such as confined space entry, LOTO, work at height, H2S gas, electrical safety, fire prevention and other safety topics. Responsible for first aiders, fire wardens and emergency vehicle driver.
Coordinate and facilitate the TBT, HSE bulletins and feed back into the HSE plan from previous near miss, incident and accidents.
Investigating of all incident/accidents, root cause analysis and reporting as well as implementation of corrective & preventive measures and maintaining records.
Prepare various reports as per client requirements and regularly inform HSE Manager.
Monitoring the storage, transports, usage and disposal of hazardous material in accordance with MSDS and ensure that COSHH assessment in communicated to all employees.
Ensuring periodic inspection/calibration of tools & equipment are carried out by competent personnel and approved agencies.
Prepare weekly/monthly Health Safety and Environmental reports and record keeping as per company/client requirements.
Attend periodic Construction and HSE meeting with client/ contractor.  Company vehicle management through in Vehicle Monitoring System (IVMS).
