I have done job in UBL as a PBO in Retail Inbound department. My job duty was to facilitate customers on the call. Full fill customers need, taking the complaints from customers regarding their problem and sent to via service request system and also via email to the team leader to get it quick solution of the customer complaints. I was making the installment based payment of the customer, which customer wants to install it through his/her credit card and when customer is unable to pay at the single attempt. I was doing the work on Branch Banking Products, Bancasurrance (efu), Net banking, UBL Digital app, Credit card products, Cashline, UBL Drive and on Personal Loan as well. I was taking the request for all UBL’s loan related Products and also the Branch Banking related products.
I have done work on Basic Ticketing (ABACUS, GDS). I had done work on customize Tourism Packages & Umrah Packages of customers (as per their requirements), sales of tourism packages. I had done work on inbound calls. I was manage the office Accounts, Petty Cash, Customer Invoices, Salaries of the employees, generate new ideas for different Tourism Packages, gave training to my juniors, decision making for any issues of employee, etc.
