I started to Manage tgis place along with some other business where my target was to grow the reach and the total profit.
Also i was responsible of managing the operation and troubleshoot the issues to insure a smooth running kitchen.
I did start this place from scratch where i did all roles combined
To control market and distributors in order to deliver the best solutions and consultations for our customers. Mintain numbers and achieve targeted growth percentage. Build a good relation with decission makers. Market for our goods. Do demos for chefs to get them engages with the soulotions we offer for them to make thier lives easier. Solve customer problems and do whatever needed to make the cunsomer happy.
