Coordinated hydro test preparation and execution.

Conducted QA/QC inspections on pipelines, rotating equipment, and prefabricated
spools.
Supervised hydro testing, weld mapping, NDT inspections, and document control.
Developed hydro test packages as per P&ID and isometric drawings.
Ensured material compliance with ASME standards and cleared punch items pre
commissioning.

Performed testing and calibration of pneumatic/mechanical gauges and torpedo
systems.
Maintained supplier relations for mechanical components and led quality audits.

Led maintenance of propulsion systems including oil/water pumps, shafts, pistons,
and diesel engines.
Supervised major mechanical overhauls on vessels (120m - 180m range).
Dealing with Cam Shaft and driving rod and eliminating the heading and cleaning
the carbon statement on a superficial level.
Completing Piston Liners and leading Pulling Cycles of Chambers.
