 Manage all over construction work and operation of Mother Village Housing Scheme
 Prepare Construction Schedule at site.
 Focus on all site related issue in Mother Village Housing Scheme.
 Monitor and inspection of maintenance work of Housing Schemes.

 Take initiative to improve the quality of construction work at Site.
 Estimate and check quality of material at site.
 Conducted site technical meetings with sub contactor for availability of required material and keep record of minutes of meetings.

Work with Consulting Company Renewable Resources Pvt Ltd with joint venture of Lahmeyer International Gmbh Germany at hereunder fallowing projects:
i) Foundation Wind Energy Project FWEL-I 50 MW
ii) Foundation Wind Energy Project FWEL-II 50 MW
iii) Youns Wind Energy Project -YEL- 50 MW
iv) Master Wind Energy Project -MWEL-50 MW
V) UEP Wind Energy Project-UEPW-99 MW

Function included the following:
• Managing team of QC Engineers, Inspectors and Support Staff in delivering Wind Power / infrastructure projects related to roads, Industrial buildings & structure work with quality.
• Review Civil Drawings & bar bending schedule of R.C.C Structure.
• Review complete Dossier of all Wind Power projects.

• Liaising with the clients and other stakeholders and providing technical support during proposal preparation at project.

• Acquiring approvals from various Authorities and coordinating with the Contractors & Sub-contractors during the project construction phase.
• Closely monitor construction work, and make recommendations in areas of slippage.
• Follow up all construction works and guide a team of main EPC Contractor DESCON, Power China & their sub-contractors to follow all site activities, liaise between all parties concerned in the project; Client, Management, Contractor and sub-contractors.
• Follow up the implementation of Change Management Procedures (CMP), follow up contractor’s variation requests with client, review of design submissions and liaising with the appointed design consultants and local authorities.
• Work closely with Top Management of RE 2 / Li, FWEL, YEL, MWEL and EPC contractor DESCON to provide planning, design and supervision leadership not only to solve site problems, but also to ensure timely completion of the projects

CPECC-Pakistan is a China base international multi-disciplinary EPC contractor. I worked for the project of Kandhkot Field Gas Compression station (KFGCS)


Function included the following:
To check the layout of Excavation for the Foundation of Compressors, Coolers, generators foundations, Flare stake foundation, pipe racks foundations, pipe sleepers foundations, Administration Building; Substation Building; Dormitory Building and Drainage works.
Construction of Control Room Building with RCC walls and Roof and also submit the IR (Inspection request) to consultant for the verification.
Checking the Quality of Work as per predefined Project Specification and approved IFC drawings.
Review IFC drawings and Method Statement and Bar bending schedule.
Review contractor quality control documents (Punch List, MAR, Change Proposal, Method Statement, JSA.)
Monitoring and Supervision of Concrete Works (Mix Design, Materials, Slump Test, temperature control, Concrete timing, Cylinder casting, curing etc)
Close Monitoring of Safety hazards and Environmental issues.
Detail study of Drawings.
To check compaction & Conduct FDT at Granular filling layers.
Leveling & alignment of Building Work.
Over all Inspection of Civil Work.

ANCON Construction is a Contracting Company in Pakistan.
Function included the following:

 To check coordinates of Pile foundations and boring of pile foundation.

 Inspect steel cages; method of boring of pile foundation as per approved method statement and IFC drawings.
 Monitoring and Supervision of Concrete Works (Mix Design, Materials, Slump Test, temperature control, Concrete timing, Cylinder casting, curing etc)
 Direct supervision on all activities related to laboratories and field test.
 Carry out all inspection with consultant and client and get approval.


 Assist QA/QC Manager in overall quality control of site, provide suggestion to site execution team to improve quality at construction site and achieve targets within time and approved budget.

 Review quality control documents (Punch List, MAR, Change Proposal, Method Statement, JSA.)

Worked with M/S Shaikh Javaid Ahmed Contractor & CO at various projects in District Mirpurkhas & Sanghar, like Disposal channels of tube wells & renovation of Primary Schools buildings project in district Mirpurkhas & Sanghar. As a Site Engineer, I was supervised of channels crossing of RCC Culverts & handle Surveying Equipment at site of Disposal Channel of Tube wells, checked the alignment & detailed survey of Disposal Channels. I was also supervised school building project individually & manage the team of site supervisor. Prepared weekly & monthly progress reports of all projects and submit to Project manager on time.
