• Study, understand and analyze the Scope of Work (SOW) to determine the Level of Effort (LOE) and specifications to
client’s need.
• Job involves industrial, municipal, oil and gas Projects related drawings using AutoCAD & MicroStation tools to prepare
isometrics, Product drawings, Tank Drawings, shop drawings, Qualification Spools, Variant Spools and Survival test
Spools etc.
• Designing and technical approach as per project requirement and international standards.
• Undertaking technical and feasibility studies and site investigations through multiple visits.
• Designing and proposing the product economically.
• Prepare Request for Information (RIF) and clarifications to ensure adequacy of specifications is met.
• Prepare the System summary for project team to produce further.
• Based on the project team requirements to be prepared the product drawings
• BOQ to be analyzed thoroughly based on the system summary
• To coordinate with the project team to collect the more requirements from the client
• To be follow up the project team till the assign task to be closed
• Prepared product drawings to be provided guidance to costing team to quote the price
• Knowledge of Fiberglass Raw Materials, Manufacturing processes and product QC Procedures.
• Knowledge of joints applicable at site from Isometric drawings
• To know the all components, design details to meet the client requirements • Have knowledge for GRE, GRP,
Manholes, Tanks & chambers • To provide and advise the minimum requirement details for components based on the
site conditions.

• Maintain standards and resources for quality takeoff and discipline estimating services to exceed QC/QA levels.
• Plan and organize coherently the determined specifications and materials for GRP/GRE/GRV/HDPE pipes,
fittings/Structural Manholes, Manhole liner and benching; coordinate the same with draftsman to produce drawings.
• Consistently follow up on the project for proper closure to meet deadline, standards and quality.
• Prepare Bill of Quantity (BOQ) as per client requirement and materials used.
• Responsibility for the quantity takeoffs of GRP, GRE, STRUCTURAL MANHOLES, STANDARD MANHOLES and
HDPE items based on the tender
• Preparing Quotations for Industrial and Municipal projects and managing all records of the specific projects.
• Liaise with consultant/client for any clarification in the drawing or specification.
• Doing site survey based on the client requirements
• To analyze the site conditions, site maintenance, product requirements, pipe installation support
• To provide the site survey report to the project team
• Making sure that construction costs and production are managed as efficiently as possible.
• Prepare and submit Technical and Commercial proposals on time as per requirements of Tender Documents.
• Developing and validating project cost estimates, project estimate reviews, revisions to reflect contract scope changes
and extra work orders and preparing cost estimates.
• Prepare Costing budget sheet for the job in hand projects
• Involving in the final submission of tender and responsible for the preparation of post tender clarifications and value
engineering.
• Reviewing shop drawings to identify any difference to tender requirements and raise queries against specification
• Preparing change order due to change of specifications, drawings, introduction of new items or verbal instruction at site.
• Preparing breakdown for the bill of quantities as per items of work and responsible for making price for new item.
• Preparing variations by studying drawings and making cost estimate backup for new and modified items in coordination
with project manager.
• Knowledge of Fiberglass Raw Materials, Manufacturing processes and product QC Procedures.
• Knowledge of joints applicable at site from Isometric drawings

• Responsible for planning, scheduling, conducting and coordinating the technical and management aspects of the
projects.
• Co-ordinate and liaise with suppliers, sub-contractors and in house/operations of the teams.
• Procurement of materials and specialist sub-contractors.
• Initiation, Testing and managing of products
• Compile and collate documentation
• Monitoring and control of the progress of the assigned task.
• Providing feedback to improve quality.
• Responsible for the continuous running of equipment and machinery
• Oversee scheduled maintenance and organize repairs
• Control and monitor by designing maintenance strategies, procedures and methods
• Carrying out quality inspections on jobs
• Controlling maintenance tools, stores and equipment
• Monitoring and controlling maintenance costs
• Dealing with emergency and unplanned problems and repairs
• Writing maintenance strategies to help with installation and commissioning guidelines.
