Monitoring of process \[Power plant, Desalination(MED, MSF, RO), Boiler, Demineralized Water Plant\] as per the plan and giving feed back to operation department section for taking corrective actions.
Supervising and ensuring the chemical charging of all dosing tanks and adjusting chemical dosing in power plant, desalination plant.
Laise with store for the issuance of chemicals. Maintaining laboratory chemicals

Analytical Skills:
• Well conversant with wet practices - Oil analysis, Petroleum products and water analysis.
• Hands-on experience in handling laboratory instruments and methods development including calibration to ensure proper performance.
• Conversant with ASTM, BIS, APHA, FCC & NIOSH analytical methods pertaining to Petro Chemicals & Food acids like Ortho Xylene, Benzene, Phthalic Anhydride, Maleic Anhydride, Heat Transfer Oil, Lubricant oil, Malic acid, Fumaric acid, Tartaric acid, Succinic acid etc., )
• Testing of various types of Water samples, like Raw Water, DM water, Cooling water, Boiler Feed water & condensate, and Effluent Waste water.
• Knowledge in safety precautions during collection, handling and preservation.
• Preparing training materials and elaborates programs to juniors.
Systems Skills:
• Administration of the EDMS (Electronic Document Management System)
• Preparation of SOP, SAP, Procedures .
• Well versed in Quality Management System, Environmental Management System,
• Conducting the audits, compile the audit reports
