•Departments handling:
1) Lightning Arresters :Govt.Boards(State & Central/Govt.U/s-all over India)
2) Instrument Transformers :Govt.Boards(State & Central/Govt.U/s-all over India)
3) Instrument Transformers(Projects) :Private Contractors, Industries and OEMs

•Team Size: :6 Members

Responsibilities-Government Boards

•Generation of Enquiries from Utilities of all over India
•Attending pre-bid meetings for clarifications if any,
•Getting the details from the branch offices/agents on the competitive analysis and thereby making the pricing strategy.
•Preparation of price comparison for estimates,
•Organization and Co-ordination of all documentation required for bidding viz,
•Preparation of reports, schedules of tenders, Filling, compiling & packing of bids
•Submission of bids through On-line and/or off-line
•Attending technical and price bid openings
•Co-ordination of post bid responses and meetings
•Vendor registration/renewal in websites of various Boards for e-tendering Purpose and coordination of whole e-tendering process
•Achieve targets set for order booking and sales
•Finalization of Annual Budgets for customers handled considering the company growth and profitability.
•Execution of orders in co-ordination with respective departments and customers in respect of :
•Drawings approvals
•Arranging /getting waiver of inspection
•Dispatch authorization
•Payment follow up and ensure timely collection
•Closure of order and collection of all statutory documents like EMDs, BGs(Security BGs/PBGs)
•Obtain customer feedbacks, performance certificates from key accounts and customers
•Collection of Market information.
•Liasoning with Government offices
•Co-ordination with team of service engineers for after sales Service.

Responsibilities-Private Contractors/Projects

•Generation of Enquiries from EPC, Private Contractors and Industries
•Organizing of sending offers.
•Generating new clients & maintaining sound relation with existing ones
•Analyze all order terms and conditions pertaining to commercial aspects and ensure compliance to the same
•Ensure regular interaction with and prompt response to key customers, potential customers and end users
•Improve market database and knowledge of competitors activities on a continuous basis
•Ensure claiming of all advances and collection of receivables on time and resolve pending / outstanding issues pertaining to receivables
•Maximize collection of advance payments through effective negotiation with the clients
•Organize customer visits
•Ensure timely submission of error free bills and other documents as asked for by the customers
•Coordinate continuously with Design / Planning/Production and Dispatch depts. For timely delivery of products

•Raising Sale Orders, generating reports, Delivery status verification, Billing/Preparation of Tax Invoice, Delivery Challans etc. through Baan ERP Ln.
•Preparation of MIS statements like Bills receivables, Pending Order statements, Weekly/monthly Review meetings, sales data, IEEMA calculations, Records
•Achieve Billing and Delivery Targets.
•Verifying the Sale order details in ERP and approving the same for timely Dispatch.
•Payment follow-up and collection.
•Collection of all statutory documents like C-forms, Bank Guarantees, EMDs etc.
•Visit to installations/sites and Obtain customer feedbacks, performance certificates
